Each session is 60 minutes long (including time to change clothes). We recommend wearing comfortable workout attire (sporting bra, bathing suit, workout shorts, etc.) as you will feel like you have completed a 30-minute workout at the end of each session. We ask that you do not eat a full meal prior to your session and that you come fully hydrated before each session (drink a full glass of water). We provide you with the finest selection of Alkaline balanced water after each session.

Will I only lose water weight during my sessions?
No, you body loses weight through the release of toxins, fats, and cholesterol that is not replaced when you rehydrate. During an infrared session, the body’s core temperature is raised, which stimulates sweat production and allows the body to release toxins, fats through the sweat glands. Hydration is important because we need water not only to survive but also to produce sweat. Sweating at the gym or on a run is important, but our pod provides so much more benefits to the body. One of them being the far and mid infrared heating. During an infrared session the body can release up to 20% fats and toxins, this is in comparison to about 3-5% released during traditional exercise.

Yes, our Wellness Sauna Pod uses infrared and dry heat technology to offer this one-of-a-kind experience.
